We have successfully developed a new type of
vacuum ion coating equipment for decorative coating on glasses
frames and little hardware surfaces after unremitting efforts and
assimilating advanced ion coating techniques from abroad. Glasses
frames or hardware can be coated with different color (more than 50
kinds of eye-detectable colors including gold imitation, silver,
black, blue, red, pale yellow, green and purple etc.) in uniformity
condition.
Even though the traditional electroplating technique
renders abundant colors, it is poor in adhesion, corrosion
resistance and anti-abrasion of film layers and it even is a highly
polluting source to the environment. In addition, ordinary vacuum
coating technique still falls short of market demands for various
colors even when it compensates for most deficiencies of
traditional electroplating technique. Resolving this color
deficiency, our new type of ion coating equipment can render single
color or multi-colors coating in uniformity condition.
Many of this type of equipment and related techniques have been
sold home and abroad since they have been launched into market five
years ago, obtaining a good reputation among our clients. We
recently launched the third generation product, which adopts a new
type bypass throttle valve structure with flexible use of cathode
arc ionization source and unbalanced sputtering ion source closure
magnetic field design during the coating process. It uses computer
automatic control that enables convenient change of menu-display
coating techniques finished. Computer automatic control of the
equipment uses Mitsubishi’s C200 series PLC, hereinto IPC for upper
computer and C-200HG for lower computer. What’s more, all critical
electronic elements are Schneider products. All this is a sound
guarantee for reliable equipment performance.
